You may make select changes or cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase . If you wish to modify your order or cancel please contact us to properly proceed. To ensure we process and ship your order as quickly as possible, after 30 minutes you are unable to cancel or make changes to your order especially on custom orders. Such orders production may start after payment.
Policies & Terms
Our policy is to issue a refund for qualified merchandise returned in original, unused condition within 30 days (effective 4/8/2021). Shipment confirmation date for most items and exceptions stated below. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached.Renderings, final sale and custom items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.
Return Processing Fee
A flat rate cost of return shipping, $9.95 USD, will be deducted from your refund.
If your refund is less than $9.95 USD, the return shipping fee will be charged to your original form of payment once your return is processed.

Packing and Shipping
When possible all items to the selected shipping addressee will be packaged together. Depending on the size of the item and number of units, orders may be packed and shipped in multiple boxes.
